how to order? kindly use the ORDER FORM to place orders.
reservations? items may be reserved for up to two days ONLY (from the day of confirmation).
backouts? sorry, only for SERIOUS BUYERS. no refunds once payments have been made.
modes of payment? payments to be made within 2 days via ATM transfer (Public Bank). if you fail to make payment within 2 days after reservation, we'll have to release the items. For security reasons, we do not do COD for items above RM200.
delivery services? deliveries can be made via poslaju. Approximately RM10 for small items and RM30 for bigger bags. For Sabah & Sarawak, RM15 for small items and RM40 for bigger bags.
Pick-ups are available at OUG Plaza, Sunway College and Sunway Pyramid ONLY. the time & place has to be at our descretion and of our convenience.
damaged or lost in transition? sorry, we're not held responsible for any losses during the delivery.
*Insurance is available ONLY upon request. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as it is only an additional RM2 for every RM1000. If you do not let us know that you require insurance, we will not be responsible for losses/damages during domestic shipping to you.

Money Back Guarantee on Authenticity within 2 days. A written statement from a boutique manager must support the Authenticity claim. A security tag will be attached to each item (upon expressing doubt and intention to bring it for authentication) to ensure there is no swapping or changes made to the item in question. Otherwise, all sales are FINAL.
do you have boxes, dust bags and paper bags?
Boxes, dust bags and paper bags are available only if stated. If you need one because you are giving a gift, we can source and purchase it specially for you with extra charges.

How can I do so?
Please send us photos of your items, then further arrangements will be made. Your items will be valued based on brand, condition, age and demand. We can offer you 3 options;
(a) direct sales by cash
(b) consignment - you will be paid once your items are sold, we charge 20% commission of the selling price.
(c) trade in
Please take note: the amount negotiable through consignment is always higher than through direct sales or trade in.
Consignment period: minimum 1 month, maximum 3 months.

1. DesignerVintage has the right to renegotiate with the consignor if an offer is made by a potential buyer.
2. Though the consigned items will be taken care of through proper handling, DesignerVintage and its employees shall not be liable or in any way held responsible for the condition, loss or damage to the items before or whilst being consigned or remaining on consignment.
3. In any event of any discrepancy after the sale of the items, the seller/consignor must provide further details to assist in (if any) investigation. and if the seller/consignor is found to be the one negligent, he or she must return the full amount paid.
